Amura Ventures SL, Carrer De Joan Ripoll I Trobat 34, 07013 Palma, Islas Baleares, Spain, operates Designelier and is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions or rights requests can be sent to [email protected].

Data we collect

We collect account details such as name and email address; project inputs such as URLs, descriptions, prompts, and files; generated outputs and usage records; billing address, tax, customer, payment, and invoice identifiers supplied by Stripe; and limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service. Designelier does not receive your full payment-card number.

Why we use it

We use data to create and secure your account, provide requested generations and downloads, maintain your credit balance, process purchases and refunds, issue invoices, respond to support, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability. Our legal bases include performing our contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, legal obligations, and consent where required.

Service providers

We use service providers only as needed to run Designelier. These currently include Stripe for payments and invoices, OpenAI for generation, Cloudflare for network and object-storage services, and Hetzner for application hosting. Providers may process data in other countries under their own data-protection terms and appropriate transfer safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain account and project data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide downloads and support. Billing and transaction records may be kept longer where tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal rules require it. We use access controls, encryption in transit, isolated production services, and restricted credentials, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

The app uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect account access. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell personal data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may complain to your local data-protection authority. Some information must be retained for legal or security reasons. Email us from your account address so we can verify the request.

Changes

We will post material changes on this page and update the date above. Changes apply prospectively.
