Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Designelier, a digital artwork-generation service operated by Amura Ventures SL, Carrer De Joan Ripoll I Trobat 34, 07013 Palma, Islas Baleares, Spain. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to these terms. Contact us at [email protected].

Accounts and service

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Designelier may change or improve the service, but will not convert a one-time credit purchase into a subscription without your explicit agreement.

Credits and pricing

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire merely because time passes. One delivered static or animated scene costs one credit. Analysis, downloads, failed jobs, and automatic quality-control retries do not consume credits. The checkout page shows the final amount before payment. Current launch pricing includes 21% VAT for EU billing addresses; no tax is added for other countries.

Payment and invoices

Stripe processes payments and stores payment-card information. Designelier receives transaction, customer, invoice, and payment identifiers but not your full card number. You can open the Stripe customer portal from the credits page to download invoices and receipts. Our Refund Policy applies to purchases.

Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal

Credits are delivered to your account immediately after successful payment. If you ask us to begin providing the digital service during a statutory withdrawal period, using credits may reduce or end a withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Your inputs and generated outputs

You retain rights in material you submit. You confirm that you have permission to submit URLs, copy, files, marks, and other inputs. Once the applicable credits are paid, you may use delivered outputs commercially, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. Because generative systems can produce similar material for different users, outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or registrable as intellectual property.

Acceptable use

Do not use Designelier to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, create deceptive or harmful material, probe or disrupt the service, bypass usage controls, or submit material you are not entitled to use. We may suspend access needed to protect the service, other users, or third parties.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every generated output will suit a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designelier is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and governing law

Material changes apply prospectively and will be posted here. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable law.
